A beautiful resort with a staff very interested in making your stay fabulous. We have been pampered and we are loving it. Flowrider was a huge hit for all four of us (two kids, two adults). Rooms are lovely.

Yesterday, we left Sedona (beautiful) and made our way to Scottsdale, Arizona. Paul and Jack went to check out from the hotel in Sedona (Sedona Rouge Resort and Spa), and the manager asked Jack if, as a Canadian, he liked hockey. Jack said yes. The gentleman walked to the back of the office and came back with an Arizona Coyotes baseball cap. He …

Suggestions To Assist With Fat Loss Now

A travel blog entry by fear4pet on Jul 12, 2014

When initially beginning on your fat loss quest, give attention to a single change at any given time. By trying to minimize your calorie intake, enhance your exercising and eliminate every one of the junk food all inside the very same 7 days, you'll end up overwhelmed. Use a basic, solitary aim and stick with it and then add-on more, as each new goal is a practice. That will help you get to your excess fat damage targets when getting started, you should create ...

Our last day....another chilled out one.

We swam first thing, played some games and had bagels for lunch. In the afternoon we visited the Pueblo Grande Museum & archaeological park in Phoenix. It shows the history of the Hohokam people and an outdoor trail reveals remains of the village from 1450.

It was a very hot day so we headed back to cool off in the pool. A little later we walked to Dukes Bar for dinner; salad, wings and ...

... head back! Next, on to the Church Park in Sublimity for the birthday party for Kyle- his second one! He is soooo cute and running all over now, but still not talking. He is very serious and inspects everything and you can just see his brain processing all he sees! He is wearing, for the first time, the pair of New Balance shoes we bought for him at the New Balance store near Boston. I will try to continue supplying him with shoes. Jenni had made the cutest cupcakes ...

... Scottsdale stopping off to see the
Sedona Catholic Church, amazingly built on a rocky outcrop with the most
fantastic view. Called the Chapel of the Holy Cross it was certainly worth a
visit. We continued our route under quite dark skies, with the temperature
steadily rising. Up to 110. Suddenly the wind increased significantly and we
found ourselves in a full white out dust
storm, couldn’t see much of the road, ...
