      ... improve on store bought salsa by adding fresh ingredients.  I know you add onions, garlic, and other stuff but all I added was cilantro and it makes a huge difference.  Thanks, Cynthia!  We used your trick and had some awesome quesadillas with avocado and salsa a la Cynthia P. =) After our lunch/dinner, we walked over to the beach for a sunset walk.  We started 15 minutes before sunset and walked for two hours.  Today was a very relaxing day.  Life is good. ...

      ... and moored alongside and we met later at the bar and all played a strange game of skittles on a 30m fine pebble pitch, a bit like bowls (a bit!) next morning they had hired a car and took me off to the chandlers for a chart and courtesy flag. and in the evening we had a few beers.
      4/4 After watering and refueling we set off at midday back out to Sapodillo bay and anchored there overnight.

      ... smooth and fun. We spent about 30 minutes snorkeling there. We saw a variety of fish, but it didn't seem as colorful as some of the snorkeling that I remember from the BVI. We didn't see anything exotic but 2 other people did see a shark.

      We then headed out to the second spot. Although we didn't go to it, Capt. Kevin pointed out the change in water color indicating the dropoff. There was a lot more life and color ...

      ... wouldn't have to clean up after, drinking ice cold water that didn't taste like warm, stale water jug or marina hoses. It was quite refreshing.
      Bob gave us a ride back to the marina (he left his cell phone number with the bartender and just told us to have them call when we were ready - that's pretty damn fine service for a marina, I must say), and we spent the remainder of the afternoon relaxing, using some internet, reading, getting ...
