... they came with a smile and a shrug and two more free drinks.
By 6pm, I had had enough and found someone senior, albeit dimple-less who immediately gave us an upgraded room and we were in.
The Hard Rock Hotel is fun. Everywhere is decorated with rock and roll artefacts: everything from Lady Gaga's dress, Eric Clapton's guitar, the Chili Pepper's drum kit... all manner of exciting things, everywhere!
