Today we made the 6 hour drive from Zion national park to Palm Springs- driving through 4 states in total (and actually stopping in each,)- Utah, Arizona, Nevada & California. After traveling cross-country, I arrived in Palm Springs, California to a beautiful, breezy 97-degree evening. The temperature had dropped from 104 and the winds helped cool things down a little bit as the sun dropped below San Jacinto.
