      ... on, as it was very hot. What was great was the mix of ages, gay and straight. Everyone was having a great time. Why don't we have anywhere like this at home??? We have individual clubs for individual tastes, but no one club for all tastes. Danced my **** off for a couple of hours, and not once did I feel out of place, or self conscious about being alone (not that I ever do). Waving my hands in the air like I just don't care...get ...

      ... that we knew we came from. We had more than 500 meters to hike until we would see the truck according to the GPS. This meant a bit more climbing, a long stretch above the canyon, and then a decent to where the truck was. Finally, we had made it. Four hours later.

      ... make good use of the car and spend the rest of the day driving around LA. We visited Venice beach then headed to Rodeo drive via UCLA. Rodeo drive was beautiful. Perhaps the cleanest street in LA. We didn't purchase anything other than a banana from Starbucks but it was nice to window shop and imagine we were a Hollywood big shot.
