... screens, entertainment centers, storage drawer for our personal items, and the best part--lay flat beds. We received great amenity kits, and of course had a wonderful four course meal. the service was great and the attendants were so friendly and professional. Everything put together will make flying any other way very hard to do:)

... great place, Carolina’s Mexican Restaurant. When we pulled up we saw tons of people heading in and the line was very long so it looked like it must be good. We tried a little bit of everything and enjoyed it all. The price was good too!

First stop in Phoenix was the Motel 6. Was a bit leery, $50 a night, Motel 6, and all, but it was great. Remodeling action was a bit annoying, but it was a good stay. Even got an hour or so by the pool, which was freezing, but the sun was wonderful!!

... layover is about 5 hours, so we found a nice Italian restaurant with waiter service in Terminal 1. It was good to be back and get a meal that we are more accustomed to. We then headed to our gate to wait for our plane and to work on the blog. I won’t send it until we are home in Phoenix, so there will be a short break in the action for now….. (Oh by the way, we’ve been up about 18 hours straight now, so sorry if I’m a bit “punchy” ...
