... into a relaxed Boxing Day enjoying the cricket while getting ready for a BBQ dinner. We have concluded a late dinner and enjoyed slices of a well travelled Christmas pudding that has travelled from Melbourne, gone missing at LA airport and eventually delivered to S&Ms apartment a day after we arrived. ... is amazing and has its own beach. It is hard to imagine you are not on the sea, it goes for miles and has yachts, speed boats, container ships - and is weirdly bordered by skyscrapers. Talking of which, last stop of the day was the Hancock Tower, our second skyscraper of the holiday. Not as tall as Willis Tower (just 95 levels!), but more interesting partly because of the clear weather, partly better location ...

... to Australia the car they will buy is an Audi, primarily because the passenger seat is at the right height for Max to get in and out of easily. That being the case, every time they book a Zipcar (which isn't often - the last time was in November) they try to get a different model Audi so they can compare them; today's was an A4.
