      ... Royale service, and I couldn’t resist Champagne with black currant liqueur. I’ve never had one before. My choices were Lobster and Scallop Sausage with Root Vegetables and Citrus Sauce as an appetizer, Venison Saddle with Vegetables and Foie Gras Bread Pudding as a main, and Panna Cotta with Grapefruit Sections in Pink Grapefruit Soup for dessert.

      It was kind of fru-fru food but very tasty. And even at the reasonable sounding rate of $25 for lunch, ...

      It's 9.05. No train. No announcement yet. Oh now I realise I had some bizarre dreams about Manhattan, except family and friends where there in different parts as I wandered around! And then I woke to Jasper howling. This rarely happens, and funnily enough I don't mind it (the howling, not the bizarre dreams). As long as good old Jasper is fine, so are we all!!

      Anyway, before my fingers freeze off (though not at badly as the boat trip!) I shall sign ...
