Today is Memorial Day. Despite that, I planned on us going to the Olympic Park nearby. We bought tickets for a bus tour in the afternoon at the Olympic Park. In the meantime, we ate lunch and toured the Alf Engen Ski Museum. The Ski Museum explores the history of skiing, and we watched videos of participants in ...

We were wrong, but I'll wait to say more about that in a bit. Friday we set out on a hike and more exploring. We went to Bunsen's Peak to do a 3 mile hike that rose about 1400 ft. The kids did great and the summit revealed a 360 degree view of the valley. Along the way there was a bird that the kids dubbed our ...

Bruno especially was taken with the experience and asked if he can get riding lessons when we get home.

After our horseback ride we drove to Park City and had a quick sushi dinner at Whole Foods Café. From there we were able to ...

The RV park is quite nice. We are lucky to have unobstructed views of the beautiful surroundings.

We decided to go into Park City today so packed up the CRV and headed out. As we left the RV park, we looked up ahead and saw the Olympic Village ski jumps. What an awesome, unexpected sight! We walked all around quaint downtown Park ...

We started our journey at the Salt Lake Airport on Friday night catching the all nighter to JFK in New York City. We arrived early on Saturday morning and caught a connecting flight to San Juan. Everything went smoothly and we arrived on the Celebrity Summit by 1:30pm Saturday afternoon. The weather was warm about 86 degrees with the wind blowing. ...
