... enough to get a ride on the beautiful creatures. We then headed on an almighty trek through the jungle to find the waterfalls. Hungry/angry Kelsey may have come out a few times during the seemingly impossible hike, but we eventually made it to the incredible 80m high waterfall that allowed you to see as far as the other islands! Truly spectacular and well worth the journey. After a relaxing few days on Koh Samui we headed to the island of Koh Phi Phi. Slightly cheating ...

... It reminded me a bit of Cullen Bay in Darwin as there were some shops and restaurants there too. All the boats that were moored looked very expensive and flash and lucky for us, we were going on one of them - we were going out to the islands by speed boat! Before we boarded, we were greeted by our tour host who caught our attention immediately. He was animated and loud and extremely entertaining. It was pretty obvious that he was gay and once he introduced himself ...

... this sounds completely logical and the best thing to do, if we followed this logic, we would never come home! We could have stayed on Ko Phi Phi forever. But yet again our packed itinerary was poking us in the back, and we did not even have enough time to make it to Malaysia by land, and so had to book a flight from Phuket to Kuala Lumpur. We spent our day in Phuket town planning the next stage of our trip and eating our last Thai dishes before jumping in a taxi to the airport. ...
