The villa is the nicest place we have stayed at so far... you never know what you're in for when you're traveling on a budget, but this is much better than average. After a slightly later start than planned, we went to the gym – yes your eyes are not deceiving you! Neil knocked out a quick 3.5km on the treadmill and Nay a cheeky 3km on the cross trainer, followed by some weights, to build up an appetite for brekkie.

Gwynn, as an aside complemented her on a really nice fabric bag she had and asked where she bought it, thinking it was from Bali. Unfortunately, she had bought the bag in Sydney where she worked and it was made in Thailand. Next thing we know as we're checking out the bag is waiting for us ...
... thoughts should cease and give space to meditation. I try and God it's hard to turn our minds off, especially if you have a "broken" one! But I have to say that the tropical climate, the breeze and the ocean view help. It provides such an optimal balance between the outside world (nature) and our inner selves.
