Lovely resort, rooms were luxurious, 2 minutes walk to the beach, swimming pool, wifi though only in the lobby, good food and Thai massage.

When we entered the island of Ko Lanta we each gave 10 baht to help cleanup efforts on the island; it’s nice to know that all of our travel is a little greener thanks to the carbon offsets you purchased for us (we cashed these in at TerraPass, which will use the money to fund wind energy projects). ... they are huge, probably 2 or 3 times the size of the ones we get at home. We let it off and everyone cheered. Pretty soon, multiple people we getting them and letting them go. The wind was just right and blew the lanterns out over the ocean. Over the evening, we probably saw 500 lanterns float off into the horizon from all along the beach. Then the fireworks started!
