    ... champagne...indeed, they know me!). We then attempted to find a laundromat, to no avail, got a few groceries, then headed home for a beans and wieners dinner...comfort food!
    In the morning we are off to the Grand Canyon to join up with our buddies again for one last hurrah of camping together before Douglas and I start the long trek north! Let's hope for good weather!

    Oh yes we did....we bought 36' of class A style, attitude, comfort and oh yeah...the really poor gas mileage. For those of you that dont know a class A RV is one that resembles a bus (some are gas, some are diesel - ours is gas). But its all in the spirit of exploring Michigan together as a family, and also some out of state excursions (like Michael's graduation from West Point next year).

    ... so we went searching for food. We found this fantastic BBQ restaurant called Bobby Q's. All there meat is smoked for 48 hours. I had the baby back ribs and they were probably the best I have had. The meat was so tender and just fell off the bone. What made it even better, we were nearly the only ones in there just one or two other ...

    Too anxious to sleep, and I had to get up at 4:30am to make it to the airport in time for my 8 am flight... Adam came in with me and the lines at Hawaiian Airlines were terrible. I take that back, the lines wouldn't have been terrible it their kiosks and desks weren't set up to make the process as inefficient as possible. After that ...
