Beach Holiday
Let me just start by saying that I am so overwhelmed trying to get these next blog entries in. I was back from Thailand one day, then spent a day doing rugby, then had another free day, then went on a four-day trip, which I just got back from. I'll get it all updated, but forgive me if the entries seem rushed and not well thought out.

We took a ferry from Phi Phi to Phuket and arrived there early morning and went directly to our hotel/ resort. We were staying just out of Patong Beach ('THE place to go' in Phuket) and for the first day, we were lazy. Pool/ beach and dinner at the resort. Day 40 - Last day in Phuket
Determined to have a good last day in Thailand, and Anton feeling better than the day before, we started early ish with breakfast at the bakery down the road before heading to enjoy the beach for the last time. We had a lovely morning doing our normal routine of lounging, reading, swimming and smoothly drinking in paradise. We are grateful for the week relaxing before our volunteering at an orphanage in southern Thailand which houses 100 children from the 2004 Tsunami..We will be helping out for 2 weeks, and staying with the locals...should be an experience!
