    ... As well as being lovely and modern, Singapore is of course very expensive. Therefore, the best place we could afford to stay was in the district of Geylang, otherwise known to Singaporeans as the red light district. The hotel here was perfectly lovely, just the walk to and from the train station was a slight hassle. The streets here are like a gauntlet for dodging prostitutes, but nonetheless they never hassled us so it's not as bad as it seems at first ...

    ... to Harbourfront and got the cable car to Sentosa Island. Such great views!!! Now it was time for some yummy hard rock lunch....with a few cocktails thrown in for good measure. We are on holiday after all hehe lunch was amazing!! Ribs just fell off the bone!!
