      ... some local food. Grace recommended I walk around the block to Lau Pa Sat and she suggested a food stall inside that she liked best. I did a quick lap around the "festival market" before going to the place she recommended. They had a set lunch for $8 Singapore dollars. It was good...not great.       ... in the first place the connection really ****** me off.

      The best-est food in China Town that we tasted was the Hong Kong Dim Sum which is sold at Tak Po. It was sort of affordable for us. Hence, we enjoy the whole trip so much.

      Overall, it really helps me build the heritage knowledge in me. Well, trust me, Singapore has the best China Town! (Well at least, in my eyes)

      ... refueling, we headed for the nighttime safari, where we got to see nocturnal animals within open air enclosures on the moonlight! Outstanding is all I can say! Best thing we've done in a very long time in my opinion! The girls had a fantastic day, proven by all three falling fast asleep within minutes of our journey home. Again they coped with the heat like little troopers & never complained once. Well that is the story so far, I'm sure I've missed lots ...

      ... a few different gardens, but the main attraction was the National Orchid Garden, and that was our main aim. Butterflies, turtles, fish and monitor lizards were abundant, alongside birds and plenty of other wildlife.
