    ... forget that we are on a budget. Hua Hin although beautiful, felt too much like a sea side resort for us and not a true reflection of Thailand or Thai culture.     ... br> There were still regulations at this temple about ‘short-shorts’ and sleeveless shirts but decent length shorts were acceptable. After the ‘respectable’ rules at the other temple, it was strange to see a worshipping young Thai gentleman wearing a t-shirt stating ‘**** everything" allowed admission.     On this past Monday evening our culture instructor organized a trip to a resort for us, where we learned all about meditation. We met the woman who owns this resort, and she taught us the basics of meditation. They were so wonderfully nice and have invited us back next week for the night.
