A great spot, and one of the few with a nice sand beach on the north shore

Jalen's 1st trip to Tahoe- Worst trip

Jalen's 1st trip to tahoe was horrible. We went through a timeshare offer and the resort was so bad we left 1 day early! We saw our presentation which was horrible experience and checked out early. The room was small, dingy and so outdated. No AC as well and it was hot. We went to the Lake which was nice and Jalen dipped his feet in for the 1st time. He wasn't a fan because it was too cold.

Iris got sick the night before we were planning on leaving, so we stayed for an extra day and got caught up on a few things and did some shopping. There's a Scheel's there. I hadn't heard of it until Dean told me about it - it's the biggest sporting goods store I've ever seen. So Dean and I ...

... Six people on the boat and we landed five nice trout. The team of Barb and Bill landed two of them, so there was a trout on the bbq that night, bonus! The day was brisk with a bit of wind, but it was sunny and perfect for viewing the mountains that surround Lake Tahoe.

We spent one of our three nights at Zephyr Cove, a favorite vacation spot of Bill’s from the eighties. The ...

Linda Burton posting from Carson City, Nevada – "On the side of the mountain in northwest Carson City sits one of the most beautiful art galleries in the city," I read in Focus Magazine (Spring/Summer 2011, p 14) as I tried to learn more about this area. Since I like both mountains, and art galleries, I kept reading. Not one, but three galleries in one building at Western Nevada College, the article continued; the ...
