      ... for a birthday BBQ for Gabi's 21st (which is next week!) and my 19th (which is sept 1st!) It was great fun and we had a huge cake with really sweet frosting that made the shape of musical notes and had the lettering 'Happy Birthday!'. We ate this with ice-cream, which was almost too many sweet things at once! But nevertheless, it tasted good!

      ... that was Coke a Colas poorer sibling of the time. The asphalt that had been poured that morning was soft enough to let ladies high heeled shoes sink into it. A gas leak in Fantasyland caused Adventureland, Frontierland, and Fantasyland to close for the afternoon. Queues were a mile long for rides with the majority of vendors running out of food. Walt Disney later described that opening day as "Black Sunday." Needless to say the joint has kicked on with over 16 million people ...
