Helena endelig rask...og goddag til doktorfisk!
Domingo starter dagen kl. 7.30 med en 5,5 km. løbetur langs strandpromenaden, mens vi andre nyder at sove længe, så kl. bliver 10, inden vi spiser morgenmad med spejlæg, frisk brød og udskåret frugt!
Helenas temperatur er nu nogenlunde normal, så hun får lige en sidste pille til at tage den sidste snært af feber.

The sun rose to a beautiful day as we approached Tenerife in the Canary Islands. Arrival time in Tenerife was 11:00 so we had a leasurly morning onboard. The temperatures this morning were in the low 70's, so today was the first day that we were able to eat outside of the Oceanview Café on the back deck of the ship. 6/11 we sailed around the island to the little harbour of Valle Gran Re and anchored off the beach and went for a snorkel
7/11 we set off for La Palma but the wind was very strong 35Kts + so we turned round and surfed back at 9Kts, we now tied up against the wall in the harbour and 4 of us went for a walk up the stunning Valley, ingram and richard did about 8kms, I did about 12kms, but as usual ...
