... swam, brilliant to watch! After this we went sand boarding down a sand dune for about an hour. Good fun once I figured how to stay on the board, fair to say June was better than me! Fun coming down the sand dune, not so fun walking back up all the time though! Drinks and food in the evening before heading a few hours south to Sydney in the morning. Day 5, arrived in Sydney around lunch time and took June to the cafe/bistro place with the pig called Kevin, that ...

Bill and I go for a walk around the park and get talking to a family who have the site closest to the road, we ask how they cope with the noise, they explain they actually ask for that site as they have four kids who sleep through the traffic noise and when the first of them wakes in the morning it doesn’t wake the others as the road noises covers talking, a silver lining love it.

Lovely warm evening with food stalls, crashing waves and the annual sand carving competition statues around ...

Hey guys Had a pretty quiet few days. I've been exhausted from all of the activities I've been doing for the last two weeks so I've been living quietly. Today and yesterday have been 30 degrees. Apparently Victoria (where I'm going back to on Friday) are getting the heatwave that Queensland had last week and will be getting a massive 40 odd degrees when I get there!!! Heading out on a boat cruise tomorrow for the day which I definatley looking ...

... the whole trip now instead of returning home. Dinner we cooked a traditional English fry up consisting of bacon, beans, tomatoes and toast which was sooo good! The weather here had cooled down slightly to around 30 degrees and the following day we woke to solid thick cloud cover. We headed out on a 5km coastal walk which was stunning and the temperature was just about right. We made sand wedges at the end before returning back. That evening I noticed my ...
