... different to my other dives as we dove deep into the sink hole surrounded by Caribbean black tip sharks (between 1 and 3 metres). Then we swam around the stalactites. As we ascended the bubbles from scuba divers below rolled up the sink hole wall creating and upward waterfall effect. I also saw some of the biggest colourful reef fish I've seen anywhere and also spotted a turtle, my favourite ocean dweller! My ...

A huge creature made its way through the corals. It was big, grey, and strangely beautiful. I supposed that was a Manatee. I learned that these are also called Sea Cows, and even though I thought this was prettier than a cow, I could see why people would say that. After that creature took off into the dark, ...

... arrival back in Belize City, we ventured back to the ice cream shop & got another taste of what we feel was the worlds best ice cream & the boarded the water taxi to Caye Caulker for some R&R to end our trip. Mid way through the boat ride, the boat randomly stopped in the middle of the Caribbean to exchange a carton of beer with another water taxi. Central americans certainly have a different way of life to ours haha! We spent the afternoon ...
