... The rest of the afternoon was spent on the beach - incredibly windy but still very warm. We had dinner on Ocean drive followed by a visit to the infamous Mango's - a cheesy Mexican bar where men/women in little clothing perform on the bar. We travelled down the interstate to avoid Tampa & stayed at Fort Myers the night then left the next morning & went on the Tamiami Trail, which is the road they built years ago from Tampa to Miami funded by a billionaire from his own pocket.
