... was absolutely stunning and it got us out of the town for the day. The trip continued in a similar fashion with a bit of rafting and then waiting for 60 people to line up for a photo opportunity for what ever reason.It took 3 hours to travel the 12 km, of which, 40 minutes was rafting. However, the rafting portion was really fun and we were allowed jump of the raft and swim through calmer parts of the river. This place would be perfect ...

... staying. He fed us home made jams and fruit from his tree and introduced us to his pride and joy turtle pets. They have free roam in the garden. It's awesome. Guess what we are getting when we get back home. We spent the day walking around the beach and through the ruins, tasting the cheap and delicious foods from a sneaky little home cook place not catering to any tourists... Delicious food!
The beaches were covered in rubbish and the amount of cigarette butts ...

Today we took a bus tour east of Antalya. It started early - 8am. Being on time isn't high on the list of priorities around here. Sue and I were at the pick up point at 7:50 am. Actually, it is a crowded isthmus with cars parked, market type stalls selling all the usual stuff: jewellery, shawls, leather goods, fake bags, fake scent... and one large stall which only had men's underpants. So useful.
Oh, and of course the ubiquitous piles of rubbish.
