... But they were all from different countries themselves, so it was pretty cool. We were all talking about going to a Ping Pong show for jokes, but they had to go in the end. But on our way back home, we got dragged in to one, sat down, got given a menu and saw that a beer was 900 baht each - and you had to both buy one! So were were like forget this, and walked out. She tried to reduce the price to 300 - funny how it dropped 700! But we weren't paying that. ...

Sitting on their balcony after dinner listening to the waves was the perfect end to our time in Thailand and we're so happy that we got to spend it with such lovely people! Overall our time in Thailand wasn't nearly long enough but we loved the time that we had there! Malaysia is the next stop on our list and our 2nd last country which is hard to believe but we're looking forward to it!

So we decided to hire a scooter. We set out on our mission to explore. First stop... Big Buddha head on mountain top. Stopping off to say hello to the elephants on the way back down, and a little food pit stop with view over Karon. Journey then over to Kathu Waterfall, lots of steps, wild little puppies running about, ...
