This morning was a very early start, we went to a Yoga/Meditation class in Colva at 7am, the class was very interesting as I have only tried Yoga once before, in India Yoga is more about the breathing side and the use of Yoga to help relieve pain than exercise. Yes indeed, if you do take a sleeper coach, they are very good, but do get a bottom bunk, much bigger, and get one away from the front, unless you don't mind being kept awake by every tom,Dick. knocking on the door to the drivers cabin moaning about being cold or wanting the toilet or a cigarette or blah blah blah... well here's a tip, don't drink if you can't hold your bladder on a NON STOP bus ...Der... A relaxing start to 2011
