    ... casino called Soaring Eagle. It’s obvious that lots of money is spent there. It is owned and operated by the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe and opened in 1998. There is a hotel as well as entertainment venues. The place is open 24/7 and it was packed when we walked through. We stayed at Soaring Eagle RV Resort which is also owned by the Indian Tribe.
