A couple of days in Trat

... to chat me up hence why we got let off without paying anything :D well I'm not complaining ! We then took a minibus to Trat, which is about one and a half hours from the boarder and a small city where you get the boat to get to Koh Chang. We were told this city is a nice place to stop over on the way to Bangkok so we thought why not break the journey up. ... cheese, feta, goats cheese, meat balls, something that looks like pepperami, ) patatas bravas with chorizo, a bread basket, a side of hummous, and there's a bbq on the go as well so we get a half rack of ribs as a starter Hangover bar for some cocktails and a game of pool until an old guy and his thaibird come and just stare at us. So new adventures await... Addy from Rainbow organises my trip to Bangkok starting with an uplift from Hostel to Kuah Ferry Terminal, a ferry to Satun in Thailand which only takes one hour and an overnight 15hr bus journey into Bangkok. Thankfully I managed to get some sleep and I didn't even mind the Chinese bloke resting his head on my shoulder when I woke up in the middle of the night!!

I can't believe I've arrived back in Bangkok... ...

... much harder than she might of anticipated. I'm not building it up to make you worry about her but she was uncomfortable with being out of contact with everyone, which is the most natural thing to happen in that situation. Claire is ok really, so please don't worry. There are going to be moments on this trip where we are each going to struggle, and I will do my best to support her through these times when she needs it like with some home comforts right ...
