We arrived in Tahiti early this morning around 6 AM. It had just rained ( I think that is always the case) but it was sunny then. I had forgotten how hot and humid it is here but it felt good. ... to the pier. It was an easy 10-minute walk, even with the luggage. Boy it was quite hot!

Boarding the ship was very smooth! The checkin was painless, nicely done. We had the welcome buffet on the 12th floor and our room was ready by 1pm. Oh our room was very nice and we liked it very much! Better than the Regent! Quite spacious, with 2 sitting areas, an ample walk-in closet, bath and shower, even a laptop! We’re very pleased! I think we ...
