I arrived at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, on an overcast Wednesday. The school group sat out the front entrance waiting for everyone to arrive in the chilly weather. Once all
the classes were accounted for we entered the park and were free to do as we pleased
for a couple hours. Many people went off into their groups of friends. With a
few friends we meandered around taking in the ...

Today I went to the AMAZING Gold Coast, first I went to the Surfers Paradise beach!!! It was awesome and the water was so nice! First I jumped in my togs and went for a surf and the name was right! It is Surfers Paradise! Next I went to movie World! I got a bit scared on some on the rides but it was still awesome!!! Next stop Sydney.... :)

Following on we joined the queue for the brand new 'Storm Coaster' a roller coaster/log flume which takes you on a journey through ...

... was going to be attended by quite a few of the world class surfers referenced at the museum. We did not stop as we had to carry on our travel past the Tweed Heads and into New South Wales. We can enjoy an extra hour of sunshine thanks to daylight saving that they don't bother with in Queensland. I find it funny how different the Queensland and New South Wales States are with the time change and the regulations. It is a good job we have already petted the koalas as we can't do it ...

... Tristan went home. I got on the CityCat and rode the whole loop of the city with Veronica during her last night shift. I even got to drive the boat for a few minutes :-)! Haha! Not many people can say they got to drive the Brisbane ferry now, can they?!

On Monday Veronica was working again, but I decided to stay at her place and catch up on a few things. I was trying to get one of my flights changed, because I wanted to go back to Sydney for the weekend to see Jordan before ...
