      Weather is consistently HOT-HOT, sea breezes mask the fact you just don't realise your slowly cooking, Madame' revels in it because she is twisted and sick in delighting in laying flat out in the full sun ( gotta getta tan you see! ), I have turned 'boiled-yabbie red' and my nose is so bright I will sit up on the bridge tonight as an additional navigation light to save power!

      ... br> We`re in the Red Sea now, having passed Aden a long time ago. We have Morgada and Hawra of Ethiopia on our left, and Karma Island way off on our right. I thought we would see more ships in the Red Sea, but I guess this will come later, the closer we come to Suez.

      ... of joy as I watched them leap forwards out of our way.

      We are getting pirate ready. It wouldn’t be sensible to write about these measures but the bad guys won’t be getting on this ship with ease. As we make our way steadily down the Red Sea, we will be cranking things up at the appropriate time to make our next port – Khor Al Fakkan – on schedule on 26th January.

      ... same as always, so we said "No, it's fine. Just take us to our usual beach." And they said ok. We got there and the waves were a little higher than normal, but not terribly. So we hung out on the beach for a few hours and then the boat came back to pick us up.
