Sheraton Denarau Villas Nadi

Awesome day today. Started with a run (whats with that). Huge American Breakfast; especially Annalise who stacked up four plates at once. Headed down the the Port to get some extra snacks and look around. Back to the deck chairs for sun and relaxation.

Down to Port again to the Hard Rock featuring Michael Jackson(video of course) and the crew dancing to YMCA.

Bach to Villa for quiet night.

Bright Sunny day, blud sky all day

Started early with the Gym for 30mins, then a swim before our usual Big breakfast. Then straight to the pool reading books, swimming, listenting to Ipod. Not time for lunch Kieran and I off on the Hobie Cat.

Back to the pool then inside for an hour getting ready for Dinner. Dinner was pretty good with lots of choice. Kids free, Kathy and I F$88 with second adult half price. Still fairly expensive

After Gym and breakfast headed off to Nadi for a couple of hours. Another hot day. Bought some stuff did the bata thing but still probably paid too much.

I made the mistake of standing on the street too long on my own and was prospected by a dirty old man who offered his services. Hae not learnt how to swear in Fijian (actually he was probably indian) I was so surprised so english expletives were used

Back to pool side for a few hours then down to the Port for Mamma Mia's Pizza...

Breakfast and then straight to the pool for the best chairs. Gym was later today, then off to Chime for Bula Hour which was awesome. Fijian show was another surprise. Then had dinner by the Sea at the Wet Edge.

No gym for any of us today. Lot of time by the pool. Bit overcast today but still warm.

Bula hour at Chime with people we met Graham and Karen with daughter Taylor from Auckland. Kieran and Annalise had Dinner at the Wet Edge while Kathy and I headed off to watch the first Trinations at the Denarau Golf Club. Initially outiside on a big screen then inside due to rain.

Up early for the Gym then off to a later breakfast. Kathy thinks we need to get there earlier to get better food (so get out of bed earlier).

Annalise and Steve off to Nadi to see the doctor for Annalises ears. FJD35 consult and FJD20 for prescription.

Feel better as bata'd for a cheaper taxi home.

By the pool for a few hours. Kathy and Annalise off to the Gym. Getting ready for Bula hour.

What an awesome day although a bit scary for the kids at first. Up at 7.15am for quick breakfast and then meet the van to head to the Sofitel.

Quick orientation and then off on a 3.5 hour trip on Jet Ski's. Two tandems Kieran and I and Kathy and Annalise.

Started off fast then wind picked up so lots of water in the face. Good to know these things can handle a bit (Yamaha Waverunners 700cc). Made our way to Bounty Island for a bit or snorkelling. Shame about the wind but still en...

Slept in a bit later and got a 1pm checkout. Slow breakfast then back to the pool. A bit cooler at times today.

Annalise and I had to squeeze in a shorter Jet Ski ride for 30mins and blast around the course on flatter water. Very awesome although Annalise has no fear of speed.

Cruisy afternooon, cocktail and lunch by the pool. Tidy up at 4pm and off for two quick cocktails before being picked up at 6pm for airport.

Airport was also sad when we realised Baileys is a liquid...

A summer vacation in paradise where everyone greets you with Bula Bula. Our first night is at the Regent of Fiji a 5 star resort which is also very expensive.
