I also did a snorkeling tour one day while I was out on the island. One of the two stops was in Shark-Ray Alley. This place was awesome. Not only were you in some of the clearest/bluest water in the world, but you are also surrounded by nurse sharks and sting rays. THE best Snorkel trip ever!
... as 8 nurse sharks and numerous rays and other fish surrounded us. I got right in the middle taking video, even touched one of the sharks. The batteries to the camera died so I haven't confirmed that the video came out. One of the sharks was at least 8 feet. It was pretty big. After we ran out of bait, the sharks went off to find other boats waiting to feed them.

Go Slow
... Fortunately, none thought we were a seal or other tasty morsel and thus we were spared. On the way back, we were befriended by a small school of spinner dolphins that jumped in our wake and to our sides. Our driver went around in a few circles to allow them to play some more, before we went on our way through the still rough, but more moderate, waves back to our island.
