    ... selfishlessly tuck into the fish that evening .... say no more. Before leaving the river the following morning the crab pot is checked .... seven .... yes, I said seven crabs are in the pot. "Ok, how many keepers?" you're asking .... one decent buck. A couple of big Jenny's and four small crabs live to see another day!

    Back to Cabbage Tree Point to drop Helen and Paul off. Hopefully, they will accept our invitation to rejoin us somewhere up north in search ...

    ... the croccosium (which was a proper stadium built in the zoo) where we observed wonderful animals with of course the crocodiles! Steve Irwin designed this stadium so everyone could get up and close to seeing the animals, a good word to use from seeing the crocs would be 'crikey!' as Steve Irwin was rightly famous for saying, and you could see why he said it alot! Another highlight was going to see the animal hospital which was across the car park where they treat any injured animals ...

    ... Far too many people that are idiots. We got everything we needed and evacuated the shop, back into the horrendous heat.
    Walked back to the hostel and moved in on the drinks we’d bought, so thirsty!
    Headed downstairs and charged my mac whilst sorting a few things out, saw was on Tv, seemed appropriate for the place.

    Spent a while uploading pictures and watching films, then headed back up to the room and made tea. Wasn’t really packed, but the ...

    ... the whole trip – especially the lamb and rosemary. After a quick stop in Beerwah for some fresh produce the Dove Shack Adventure was sadly at an end. We arrived back on the Sunny Coast on Friday 7 November and within 6 days our Dove Shack was sold to a lovely couple from Toowoomba … we hope they have as much fun as we did!

    Now it’s back to the real world ….. that is to save up for the next adventure!
