Last night was A's birthday, part of the reason for this whole trip. We partied in true Kenya style, dancing on the beach with the local community at a beach shack down the shore from the resort. I loved watching the kids move with amazing rhythm and style, and gradually winning over their trust until we were dancing together. I stayed at Tiki guesthouse in the middle of the village which was nice because I like this kind of stuff. Just waking up and walking through the streets looking for some snacks. It is cheap and you support the people who really need it.
