... we even got to hold them.

Tomorrow is a big day, something called Lactic Lift off in the morning, (running intensely by all accounts), then sailing and kayaking and then later in to avo we have Beach Combo. Last time it was crawling and running in the sand, building massive sand castles and other such weird and fun stuff. I was commented upon last time for my shovelling ability. That's all thanks to Richard for getting me to help with the foundations in Kenilworth! ...
