... the required corrections to their shoes. Using shoes and shoes made by Birkenstock is fairly often suggested by podiatric doctors. The insole in their shoes mold to the shoe owner's foot with time as it is made in the human foot shape. Their sandals and shoes also offer some support to the arches of the feet, with some offering more support than others. Shoes should be the exact same as the shape of the feet and this has led to Birkenstocks and ...

Today is the day! Jonathan, Keith, Charlie and I are heading to the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Jonathan and I did some grocery shopping last night and all I have to say is we are set in the snack department. Dropping Baxter off at Pet Paradise this morning was, as usual, a little sad. He didn't fuss but I got "The Look" as he rounded the corner out of my view. I am picking up the van at 12:30 after work then off we go! Stay tuned for more interesting posts and ...

This time last week I was pretty much just about to get up in cold Telford and set off on my 5000 mile journey from Manchester. This week, I'm sat in my nice little apartment with the fan on to cool me down in warm and sunny Jacksonville! Well, maybe not so sunny at the minute as it is 1030pm, but it's been hot enough I've had to invest in some sun cream to protect my pale and pasty skin! Since I last updated my blog I haven't done too many exciting things in clinic. My days are ...
