... rebuilding as in China has to be dusty. Many central city streets are tree-lined, some with five rows of trees - a central row, another dividing big vehicles from carts, bikes, scooters and motor bikes then another row between bikes and pedestrians or parking.

... squat loo, first of the holiday and no doubt not the last! You'd think that the many childhood summer holidays spent in Thailand would have taken away the fear but somehow soft London living, well..
