      ... course. That night we had a great dinner at one of the “specialty” restaurants on board, Prego which specialized in Italian food.       ... Po Lin Monastery which is home to the largest outdoor Buddha in Asia, wowzer at 85 feet high and sitting on the top of a mountain, it really is quite spectacular. Vegetarian lunch was cooked and served by the monks...I have to say I was slightly hesitant but it was quite delicious.       We set sail at 7 pm last night in very cloudy (smog) conditions. Had a lovely dinner at a new table on the upper level of the restaurant and met a nice couple from Melbourne.
