... the afternoon and headed out into the town for a walk. It's a really pretty town and nice to wander round, I also found a field full of solar panels which I was impressed by, im sure they can get a lot of power from them with the amount of sun. On the way back I got drenched as it's the start of rainy season!

... such a small portion of the country but what I did see was beautiful islands (beaches were no big deal though), green landscapes, dry landscapes in Komodo, mountains, and lots and lots of rice paddies.

... so far) our favourite country in South East Asia (SEA). This group of 17,508 islands spreads across 3 time zones and a total area of over 1.9 million square km. The former Dutch colony is today the world’s largest (by population) Islamic state – with over 196 million Muslims.

With this behind us, we set out on our first day of diving, arriving at the Lekuan III dive site. This was a nice wall dive covered in colourful corral with great visibility.
