      ... nearby pier and looked around. Plenty of people around as well as animals to my surprise. Almost everywhere I looked I could see several different species of shore birds. Mostly pelicans, killdeer, and seagulls. We did happen to see an osprey perched on one of the building roofs on the pier itself.       ... email etc. By the time we came back home it was time to make the salad for our 2:00 Turkey lunch. Nice lunch -lots of food! They used the bones and some leftover turkey to make Turkey soup but we weren't around at that time. Shortly after lunch we found out that the park does have room for us here so we can stop looking elsewhere :). Then we left again to check out Black Friday sales... So far nothing too compelling.       ... But when we knocked on the window the very kind young lady served us - 4 hot fudge sundaes !! Very nice of her and much appreciated :) A sweet end to a great day!! Friday: off to the second hand store again ... Enjoyed lunch with neighbours Ken and Carol - ate at "Grandma Dots" at the marina on Sanibel. (It's a grey day - sweater weather).       ... group. I am the youngest of the bunch.
      Most are in their 70's and 80's and one couple just turned 90. Most
      nights we join up for happy hour. Wednesday night is Moose night for
      pizza and/or meatball sandwiches and dancing. I'll add daily exercise
      classes and trips to the beach to my agenda. Even the no see ems want

      ... Jeff and Eileen the owners of the villa came round in the afternoon to visit and they had a drink with us. They are staying in one of their other villas to give us this one which was very nice of them. They are a nice couple. 1st. November. Friday Went to Marco Island today. Lovely place but not a lot to do apart from shopping and sailing. We saw some incredible yachts in the marinas. Some must have cost a few millions. They were fantastic.
