... nothing to let us know why. Huntington Beach looks very affluent with lots of new buildings and wide open roads. Next Newport Beach had a McLaren garage, Porsche, Maserati, Ferrari and Bentley! Serious money here. Willie was counting the number of banks. There was creek living at Crystal Cove and next was Laguna Beach. No thrift shops in this area. The coast line got more rugged again with huge houses on the hillside and clinging to the cliffs. At San Clement we decided ...

Another great day, back to the hotel, feet are a little sore, so time to rest and relax, tomorrow brings another ...

I was soooooooo impressed with the grounds and the facilities here. ..there was heaps of shade, beautiful trees, perfectly manicured gardens and not a piece of litter to be seen anywhere. These people take lot of pride in how they present themselves.

Jacob was in his element although I think he had higher expectations of the Star Wars area. It's hard to please some ...

... Daddy went out for "date night" next door at Jake's. This ocean front restaurant came up #1 on Yelp and was also highly recommended by Jim, Caroline's friend living in Del Mar. It was spectacular - the food was delicious, the wine was perfect, and the view was amazing. And I guess the company was pretty awesome too. After dinner, John, another friend of ours who lives in Solana Beach, joined us for a few drinks at Jake's. A perfect way to conclude this ...
