... horrible roads; they're inaccurate and incomplete, and that's when you can find one. You drive through a city and totally lose your sense of direction as streets run haywire one way and another with no signposts to the other end of town where you can supposedly pick up the toll road again.

... We did find a fantastic veggie buffet for 80 pesos (about 3.70) each and stuffed ourselves stupid on various concoctions which kept us going for 24hrs.

We stayed in the downtown area of PV, far lovelier than the newer side of PV. It has the more authentic feel of mexico with old cobbled streets, high curbs and street vendors on every corner. Not quite had the courage to try food from the vendors yet ...
