    ... Bloody football. Wasn't enough space in two bars we found it was either no tablets or people had booked reservations! How bizzare, why would people do that to watch the football. Couldn't find anywhere so ended up back at the hotel, where he had to watch it on his phone because a couple man utd fans that were there could get the channel up on the hotel's communal tv. - shame.     Muay Thai is going well, currently two days in and aching but loving it... (might not be so enthusiastic by the end of the week thou).

    Training is 6 days a week and starts at 8am til 10am and then again at 4pm till 6pm. I am currently leaving puddles of sweat around the gym and am not sure if its caused by the last couple of weeks ...
