      ... bus came and Ann was at the front of the queue and thought she could still make the bus, but she didn't and we had to wait another 15 minutes for the next one. How serendipitous this would turnout to be as the bus we were on was stopped by a park ranger to allow a mother bear and he cubs to cross the road.       ... s flesh is very rough and it didn't respond at all like a cat or dog! Our guide dove down to the bottom and got the shark so we could all get a close up of it.

      ... Nest Bar and
      Piano Bar. Three decks of the Atrium were fully decorated and huge
      rows of tables were set up for the 11 o'clock appetizers There
      were fresh floral arrangement,s and fruit carvings of interesting
      shapes and colours. Holland America really did an excellent job,
      making everybody on board feel special ushering in the New Year.

      ... Creams Cafe and we got the look of not impressed as we were given that info which was creating more work for them but they gave us numbers anyway. I went over to the creams cafe, got a hot chocolate and we sat down on a window bench and waited for our number to be called. They called us in groups of four numbers.
