After our fabulous meal, under 600 baht for the four of us, we took a stroll around the vintage quarter of Phuket! Viewing the many Sino-Portuguese shop houses in this area, which the restaurant Kopitiam is one!

There might have been a few nicer bars and restaurants but I still don't really see the appeal. We stopped to have ice cream for lunch as that is all we felt like in the heat and after we headed to the beach. The beach was lined with sunbeds and they cost between 30-40baht to rent each. We got a couple of ...

... tip of Phuket, Cape Pranthep, a beautiful place to sit and watch the stunning sunset over the sea.

The next day, we were all up early for a longtail Boat trip to the beautiful Coral Island. The clouds were grey, the wind strong, and the sea very choppy, but as we'd already booked the trip, we'd no choice but to go, and we all got absolutely soaked to the skin, just on the boat crossing! Coral Island was packed with huge groups of divers and ...
