We finally get on the road and end up having to go through 3x tolls ($1.50, $3, $1.90), and 3x hours later we decide to stop for gas, WIFI and food. We had left over salad and tuna from dinner last night, so we had those in the car park of McDonalds, using the WIFI and grabbing a coffee.
