... I felt awful for cutting our trip short, but after 100 days of travel my body had decided it had been pushed too far. Icecave dropped me back at the farm and I walked inside, tail between my legs: the adventurous Skywalker couldn't even hack it 2 days at some hotsprings. ... Wild Horse Canyon was one of our most favorite stops this trip and we definitely recommend taking the time to take a look at it if you ever are in that area. You will not be disappointed.

Very pristine environment above the tree line. Not a good place to be in the middle of winter.....
Beautiful views and the Aspen trees just beginning to change colour as winter approaches....

We haven't been down town yet, and we had been told we need to. So we figured we'd call it a day early, take our skis back and look around. The wind died off, it was a clear day, Zac was getting pretty good, and we stayed on the slopes until the last lift closed. Awesome day... After a few runs under the A-chair (long green runs), we took Zac up the "Mercury" lift and ended up taking him down a run that was a bit tougher than we ...
