So we had a bit of a chat to Warren - who was a charming young man - just finished studying HR but going to keep on doing the Qantas thing for a bit longer till he sees a bit more of US. We were up early, too much excitement I guess! We've been on cruises before, even with Holland America, but each one is a new experience, new people to meet, new places to see, great food and of course, relaxation in the sun and warmth!

We woke up late, mainly due to our late dinner.
Downstairs the breakfast buffet was huge. Some of the things we had no idea what they were such as "biscuit" (looked like cobblers) with a white sauce with brown flecks. Joan made waffles and they brought hot milk in a tea pot.

We needed to get some information to try and plan out the next couple weeks so we drove to the visitor center. The ranger that was working was the most jolly and enthusiastic guy I have ever met. He filled us with loads of information on camping, the best trails, wildlife, ...
