Bimini Bay has recently changed management companies. I heard a lot of complaints regarding the new management by owners this past trip. We haven't much in the complaint category. The new beach area is beautiful. Great job by the resort!!!

Hello all, we woke up to a beautiful big blue sky this morning! I love it when the weather man is wrong, they were forecasting a cloudy day but I'll take this. I'm going to do an early morning workout on the boat then walk the Island. One of the things that broke in our travels yesterday was a pin from the dingy which ...

The winds are always the topic of conversation in the morning, we should expect winds up to 15mph 5 would be dead calm but the direction is good winds are from SE so we should expect some swells but nothing to significant. I will definitely let you know when we get to Bimini.

We left Ft. Lauderdale and stayed in the port of Miami at Fisher's Island on Saturday night. We managed to avoid a regatta and get to the bay early afternoon. We managed to leave for Bimini at 3 am in the morning. A little intimidating leaving in the middle of night in total darkness with barges, cruise ships and dredging going on. I was at the helm ...

took a swim in warm clear water. Enjoyed the sun and not feeling cold when you get out. Had a party wit hthe inspiration crew and the couple of another boat we met called exhale. Strangely they called it exhale as thats what they do when they enter port. Opposite for me. I exhale happy and relieved to be heading back out to sea.
