After coffee and donuts we left to see the Everglades which we had passed last night, so needed to travel back 30 miles to Everglades City. ... burly frogs jumping across the path, bugs hitting me in the face, sprinklers that I can't see until I'm almost in them, cars (we ride mostly on the sidewalk of our quiet neighborhood streets) and the dark. None of these deter me! The bikes we ride have lights so it's much easier to see and be seen than without them.
