... all over our floor! Whilst pretty scared we woke up the owner who brought over a guy, possibly a policeman but didn't do much. Eventually a drunken Irish guy staggered over admitting it was him, thinking it was his girlfriends hut! (Apparently he'd thought she was cheating on him but we felt pretty sorry for her!) but with no free rooms we all clambered into sian and Kate's room for some sleep. Except for Kate who slept on the balcony and woke up ridiculously sun ...

We wanted to hire mountain bikes as we were a bit over hiring scooters (due to hirers pulling money making scams, i.e. charging for previous damage etc) and this is a small island. Perfect place for it. Could we find them? Kind of. One we did find was shut, another the bikes too dodgy. It’s all about scooters here and ATV’s!

The main thing I am missing is the flavours of food. I really feel the effects of being denied the sensation that flavour brings me. Energy wise I feel great! The colonic cleanse- this frightened me the most as I had no idea how I was going to get 5 litres if organic coffee through my colon. ...

... moon came about on the last day of the three day new year period. And all were heading to the Full Moon Party! You hear so much hype about it. 30-40,000 people gather on one stretch of beach every month to have one huge giant super party. And that's exactly what it was! Neon clad, body painted people out of their heads on alcohol and probably drugs too. Massive sound systems line the beach with different music blaring out of each. Built ...

... much better and was pretty cheerful and didn't seem fussed by the british people drunk at 7.30am. Once we arrived on Koh Tao we headed to Spencer's old diving school to sign Stephanie up to a course. They got us a room next door for 500baht a night, which is very cheap. No air con though, just a fan. Which we later found out would not be sufficient- it's so, so, so hot here. We cant keep the door open as being in the middle of Sairee, it's noisy. Koh Tao ...
