... br> We waited until the light was right, swimming in the pool. Two other guys were fishing in the pool below. Finally, it was time to get the shot, taking 4 rolls of almost the same shot to make sure i had captured it.

We ended that day with some awesome burgers and craft beers on tap.

We liked it so much we stayed another day. This day was a rest day for Jen, to watch TV, relax, and not move.

Anyway we got settled and took the scenic 14 mile drive up Mt. Shasta to scope out a hike for tomorrow. The volunteer ranger suggested ...

We started out today with the CPR quiz and Test 1, which covers everything we have learned this week. We had from 8:45-10:30 for both tests. I did pretty well on both, but finished early. I need to work on slowing down, as I misread some questions and should have gotten them right, had I read them correctly. After the quiz, we learned about head trauma and how to treat it. Afterwards, we had a scenario, where the patients fell off the bike, ...

John was obviously happy to get out of town and we drove with only a gas stop until we reached a rest area in southern Oregon in the wee hours of the morning to sleep for a bit. I tried ...
