- Do not take the elephant trekking up to the waterfall. These elephants were very obviously abused.
- Relax here.
- Take a kayak out on the Gulf of Thailand. It's a great way to see the coastline and the aqua blue water.

... but managed to retrieve it again. We went for a swim but I then retreated for a massage which was wonderful and relieved my stresses from yesterday's steep climb up to the viewpoint.
